Terms of Service

The software

myna is open source under the MIT License (source). You may use, copy and modify it under that license. These terms cover mynaposter.com and the optional myna cloud service that Profullstack, Inc. ("we") runs.

Your accounts and your content

You connect your own social and calendar accounts and you are responsible for what you post through them. You keep all rights to your content. You must follow the terms of each network and service you connect; myna publishes on your behalf, not ours.

Acceptable use

Do not use myna or myna cloud to send spam, to harass anyone, to break the law or a network's rules, to get around rate limits or bans, or to attack or overload our service or anyone else's. We may suspend a myna cloud account that does.

Third-party services

myna works with networks and services we do not control. Some integrations may require sharing certain information with that provider for the feature to work, as described in the privacy policy. Their availability, rules and fees are theirs; if a network changes its API or blocks access, a myna feature may stop working.

myna cloud

myna cloud is optional. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in and any passphrase safe; we cannot recover a sealed backup whose passphrase is lost. Paid features, if you buy any, are billed as described when you buy them.

No warranty

myna and mynaposter.com are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not promise that posts will always be delivered, on time or at all, because delivery depends on networks we do not control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost posts, lost reach or lost data, and our total liability for myna cloud is limited to what you paid us for it in the previous 12 months.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. You can stop using myna at any time; we may stop offering a hosted feature with reasonable notice.
